Visual feedback for DiagnosticSeverity.Info

there is actually no differences between DiagnosticSeverity.Info and DiagnosticSeverity.Hidden in the VS 14 IDE : Both are currently hidden.

Is there some plan to make DiagnosticSeverity.Info visible before VS 14 release ?

ReSharper differentiate Info and Warning with colors (Blue & Green in dark theme) and display a very subltle marker for an additional level under Info that is "Hint" :

My question is connected to the answers by Pilchie in ICodeRefactoringProvider.GetRefactoringsAsync is never invoked on how to surface change / refactorings that are in the "might want to do" category.

I really thing that they should be displayed and that there shouldn't be any dichotomy between the two. The ICodeRefactoringProvider being interesting for another use case: Refactorings that don't activate on a specific structure in the code but that need a selection range to be meaningful (And even there, once a block matching is selected some hint should appear that a refactoring is available)
