Web API 2 Project - Godaddy Hosting, Roslyn CSC.exe group policy error

Hi there, I have recently just upgrade Visual Studio to 2015. I am working on a Web API 2 project to create web services. But when I upload my project files to the hosting server (I am using Godaddy). When I try to browse the website (http://lunchbuddyapi.xdevap-development.com/Countries/), it shows me an error that says, "This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator"

I am sure on a shared hosting, there's no way we have the rights to execute an ".exe" file. I have done other web services project using ASP.NET Web API in VS 2013 previously, and it has been fine.

This issue happened only when I am using VS 2015 now. How do I get rid of this "roslyn" thingy? Or what is the solution for my situation. I really need help!

MetanoiaSherman, the issue might be due to the fact that the VS 2015 web application template uses Roslyn compiler, which is an EXE in the application's \bin folder, to compile the application. Can you please check if your application has a NuGet named 'Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform' installed? If so, you can try uninstall the package to get rid of the issue. Note that after you uninstall the pacakge you won't be able to use C# 6 syntax in your application.
