Switching Project Context doesn't update #if shading

  1. Create two projects, and define a preprocessor symbol in one of them.
  2. Add a link to the same C# source file in both projects.
  3. Add a #if for the symbol
  4. Use the Project dropdown to switch between the two projects
The syntax highlighting should be updated to reflect the preprocessor symbols in the new project, but nothing changes.

This is already fixed internally and should appear fixed in Visual Studio "14".
