IDE: no event handlers support in XAML

description

When attaching an event handler in XAML:
1) no event handler creation is available
2) typing a handler name and going to definition in order to create it does not work
3) actually going to definition for already existing handler does not work
4) no existing event handler candidates are available in XAML

I am not sure if this is the correct place to report such problems (i.e. unrelated to the compiler itself), if not let me know (Connect?).

My environment reproduces this bug.
If I disable the "Roslyn Preview" extension from the Extension Manager (or start up Visual Studio using a hive that doesn't have it enabled), the XAML design view works fine again.
If the Roslyn Preview is active, attempting to add an event handler from the designer results in the error message "Unable to add event handler.".

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Visual Studio, it changed nothing.

I'm really curious if this bug is specific to certain environments, or happens to everyone. Could someone please verify that adding event handlers from the VS XAML designer works for them (with the Roslyn Preview compilers enabled)?

Doesn't work here too. Visual Studio can't create new event handlers, doesn't show existing event handlers and can't navigate to them. Also works again if Roslyn is disabled
