Language Design Notes Archive

On a recent video (that I can't find), it was mentioned that the language teams have access to an archive of language design notes.

What are the chances of opening up to the public the archive of VB.net and C# language design notes?

As I think it would be interesting reading material to see the history of development of two popular programming languages.

We've discussed it and in principle we'd like to do it. The only obstacle is time. Converting the notes to a suitable format and filtering out the private bits, personally identifying information, and other inappropriate things will be tedious.
